Gastromony?

Nope. I am not dyslexic, illiterate or trying some clever SEO maneuver to pull one over people. Gastromony is gastronomy by Moni (Monica).

I love food and I’m proud of it. I feel like I’ve outed myself by starting this blog (which was Retromony intially, and intended as a homage to my love of things retro). I’ve always loved food but it didn’t occur to me how much of a foodie I really was until I sat back and noticed that most of my blog entries revolved around food. If I’m not eating food I am cooking food; sometimes really good food but quite often food that doesn’t quite work but you live and learn from mistakes.

I’m also learning the art of food photography as I go along but sadly as most of my dishes get created in the late afternoon/early evening, a lot of my photos are taken with flash. Sigh…

So with a new focus, my Retromony blog has become Gastromony (funny huh?).
